Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when Medinox Surgical dispatches and delivers orders. It applies to all orders placed through medinoxsurgical.com.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We are not accepting international orders at this time. If you are outside Pakistan and wish to enquire about supply, please contact us directly.

Delivery charges

Rs 300 flat rate on all orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan
Free delivery on orders of Rs 7,500 or more

The delivery charge is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take up to 8 working days.

These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by weather, public holidays, strikes or other circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a further email with courier tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. Our couriers will usually call before delivery. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and any re-delivery charge will be payable by the customer.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed after the courier's attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery is charged at the standard Rs 300 rate.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Return and Refund Policy for how damaged goods are handled.
