These Terms of Service govern your use of medinoxsurgical.com and any purchase you make from Medinox Surgical. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Medinox Surgical, Block 4-A, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi 75300, Pakistan. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Medinox Surgical, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Who may buy from us

We supply dental and surgical instruments intended for use by qualified dental and medical professionals and by training institutions. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are purchasing these instruments for a lawful purpose and, where relevant, that you are qualified to use them.

Instruments sold on this site are professional tools. They are not intended for use by untrained individuals, and we accept no liability for injury or harm arising from improper or unqualified use.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our instruments accurately. However, product images are illustrative and colour, finish and minor pattern details may vary between production batches. Where a listing covers a range of patterns or sizes, the exact item supplied will be the variant you select at checkout.

Instruments supplied by Medinox Surgical are manufactured by third parties. We are a reseller and not the manufacturer.

Instruments are supplied non-sterile unless a listing states otherwise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to clean, sterilise and maintain instruments in line with accepted clinical practice before any clinical use.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of clinical time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product photography, logos and the Medinox Surgical name, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Your personal information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
